How tall do I have to be to register with target models?
5'7" is generally the minimum height that we take on. However, if your look is suitable for our agency we may be interested in registering you even if you are shorter.

Do I need professional photos?
Do not invest in professional photos prior to registering with an agency. Agencies should be able to judge whether or not you are likely to make a career out of modeling from ordinary snap shots. If you are taken on by an agency it is advisable to invest in a test shoot; your agent will guide you through this process by recommending suitable photographers and make up artists.

What is a model card?
Once taken on by an agency you will need a model card to take with you to all castings. This card will contain images of you, your statistics and your agent's details.

How do I know if a model is based in Spain or the UK?
Models with UK next to their name are based in the UK and models with SP next to their name are based in Spain. When a model is out of the country on work this will be indicated at the top of their web page.

At what age can I register with target models?
If you have a suitable look you can join at any age. At Target we get requests for models ranging from babies right through to grandparents.

Do I have to live in London?
No, but it does make life easier as the majority of our UK castings are based in and around central London. If you don't live in London it always helps if you have friends or relatives that live in the area. This will enable you to attend jobs or castings with early starts or late finishes.

Does target charge any fees?
Target London charges models £20 to register. This can be deducted from the first job that you get through us. Target Spain charges a 35 euro registration fee and an annual fee for website inclusion. All fees are explained during registration.

What are 'lightboxes'?
The lightbox function is a tool that helps you compile lists (or 'wish lists') of models. By placing models in a lightbox you are effectively saving their 'model-cards', which includes their stats and pictures, in a place that you can access whenever you wish.

How do I use 'lightboxes'?
From within the 'my lightboxes' section of the site, you can create and name new lightboxes; view, edit, delete and move details around between existing lightboxes; book models from the lightboxes and also send these lightboxes to other interested parties. So, for example, if you were searching for potential models for a fashion shoot, you could email your choices to the client, wait for them to give you a final selection and then book the models...all from the lightbox. You can also add models to existing lightboxes or place them in a new lightbox, directly from the model's detail pages.

How do I book a model?
There are several ways you can do this; you can block-book or individually book models through our lightbox facility, or you can individually book models from the model detail page by click on the green 'book' link underneath the model's stats. If you would rather speak to one of our bookers, please call our UK office on +44 (0)20 7404 0405 or call Spain on (+34) 952 908 778

What are the benefits of registering as a client?
By registering with Target Models you will be able to make on-line bookings, email models to other interested parties and use our Lightbox facility (see "What are 'lightboxes' and how do they work?" above).

How do I go about registering for representation?
If you are interested in modeling please check out our registration section. This section requires you to complete a brief form and attach at least one headshot and one body shot - these can be snapshots if you don't have professional photos. If you do not have the facilities to email pictures please fill out a registration form and post photos to either our London or Spanish address as required.

How should I send my photos?
In order for us to consider you for representation, you will be required to provide us with between two and five photographs (the exact amount being specified on your registration form). These can either be electronically attached to the registration form or you can send the hard copies or a disc via postal mail. All electronic attachments will need to be at least 200Kb in file size (each), and be no larger than 1.2Mb.
